Extracurricular learning is an important part of learning,is the extension and complement of in-class learning,has great significance to the overall development of students.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,junior high school students will have more independent extra-curricular learning time,so can junior high school students make reasonable use of these time in extra-curricular learning? What is the quality of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning? In this context,studying the problems of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning,analyzing the causes of the problems,and putting forward corresponding school management countermeasures are not only conducive to improving the quality of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning and promoting their all-round development,but also the due meaning of carrying out the "Opinions on improving the Cooperative education Mechanism of School family and Society".This study adopts the questionnaire survey method to carry out a random sampling survey on the students of three levels of X junior high school in Zhucheng City,and analyzes the current situation of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning.Then,interviews with school administrators,teachers,parents and students are conducted with the method of interview survey to comprehensively and deeply understand the problems existing in extracurricular learning and analyze the causes of the problems.On this basis,school management countermeasures to improve junior high school students’ extracurricular learning under the background of school family and social cooperative education are proposed.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions: First,the current situation of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning is not ideal,which is mainly reflected in the unclear extracurricular learning objectives,low achievement;Extracurricular learning content is too inclined to subject knowledge;The evaluation form of extracurricular learning is single.Second,the main problem of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning is that extracurricular learning is dominated by external motivation,while internal motivation is easy to be destroyed.Extracurricular learning emphasis on knowledge over quality,balanced development can not be guaranteed;The lack of objective guidance and supervision in extracurricular learning has poor effect;The allocation of extracurricular study time is not reasonable.Thirdly,the main reason for the formation of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning problems is that junior high school students lack systematic extracurricular learning strategy guidance;Parents have not yet been able to effectively promote their children’s extracurricular learning and development.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following school management countermeasures to improve the quality of junior high school students’ extracurricular learning: First,give play to the leading role of school collaborative education,and establish and improve junior high school students’ extracurricular learning management methods.
