The junior middle school stage is not only the key period of student's physiological and psychological rapid change,but also the important stage of student's three views establishment.So this stage is especially important to student's growth.After entering junior middle school,students' independence is gradually strengthened.And their thinking begins to change from image thinking to abstract thinking.They begin to self-evaluate and self-adjust their words and deeds,expecting to be recognized by others.In the learning process of junior middle school,the junior middle school students in boarding public middle schools need to be guided by teachers and parents to further enhance their independence and be able to carry out self-management in the learning process,so as to develop lifelong learning ability,and be able to adapt to social development.This study is based on the background of the eighth curriculum reform in China,emphasizing students' learning attitude and strengthening the control of the learning process.From the perspective of learning self-management of boarding junior high school students and based on a questionnaire survey of 420 junior middle school students in JG Middle School of C City,the author aims at the five aspects of students' learning self-management: learning self-cognition,learning self-planning,learning self-implementation,learning self-regulation and learning self-reflection to analyze the current situation of junior middle school students' learning self-management and the cultivation of junior middle school students' learning self-management,and to summarize the existing problems.At the same time,study the problems of learning self-management deeply by interviewing some teachers,students and parents.The final results show that students in JG Middle School of C City have problems in every dimension of learning self-management,and the most prominent one is that there are the most problems about the learning self-planning.Meanwhile,there are also deficiencies in the cultivation of Chengdu JG Middle School students' learning self-management,such as the lack of self-planning training from school,the lack of self-management consciousness emphasis from teachers,and the lack of self-reflection guidance from parents.Based on these,the author not only explored the causes of the problems from four angles :the school?the teachers?the students and the parents,but also organized the causes of the problems.According to the reasons,this paper puts forward some practicaland feasible improving measures,and requests schools,teachers and parents to train students according to the shortcomings of each dimension of learning self-management.Schools should strengthen the training of students' learning self-planning.School teachers are required to strengthen the awareness of students' learning self-management,and parents are required to strengthen the guidance of students' learning self-reflection.It is a continuous process to improve the learning self-management of boarding junior middle school students,which requires the joint efforts of school?teachers? parents and students.
