"Compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(2011 Edition)" emphasizes the importance of cultivating students’ ability of solving problems. Problem solving teaching will be the future direction of development of mathe- matics teaching, problem solving teaching must require the creation of the problem situation, in the traditional classroom(blackboard + chalk) is not easy to implement. However, with the wide application of information technology in e- ducation, most of the local primary school education hardware environment has undergone tremendous changes, can help students to question situation visualization using information technology, is established to solve the problem representation based on perceptual model, so that the mathematical problem is tackled.However, the lack of teachers’ information technology application consciousness, not the information technology and primary school mathemati- cs effective integration. So it is necessary to study the information technology environment problem solving teaching method. In order to provide a useful re- ference for the teachers。This study is divided into six chapters。The first chapter is the introduction, mainly from the aspects of the problem put forward, research purpose, research contents and research methods of this study are discussed simply;The second chapter studies the related definition and theoretical content; the part from the concept to solve problems, and related theory research summarized;The third chapter is the general pattern of solving teaching under the information technology environment problem, this part takes the characteristics of primary school mathematics teaching design ideas, information technology teaching environment and primary school mathematics ability teaching strategy, and then construct the information technology environment problem solving instructional design model of the whole meter;The fourth chapter is the teaching experiment research, this part using a variety of experimental methods of questionnaire survey method, experimental method and so on experiment education, Dawa County, Liaoning Province, Panjin City, the fifth grade primary school students as the research object, selects the experimental class and the control class in the test, students in the experimental class adopted teaching method used to solve the problem of the control class under the information technology environment, by traditional teaching method, the experiment lasted for three months;The fifth chapter is the statistical analysis of the experimental results, the part is the verification of the model construction effect, in the interest in learning mathematics, pupils’ ability of solving problems and puts forward the aspects of measurement, and collecting data, the model guidance effect analysis;The sixth chapter is the summary and reflection, this part summarizes the research, points out the problems and the characteristics of the research.
