With the rapid development of modern science and technology and information technology, the requirements of the society for talents are more and more inclined to the quality of talents themselves, which hopes to develop the education of cultivating students' core literacy. Both the "Mathematics Curriculum Standards For Compulsory Education" and the "Opinions On Deepening Education And Teaching Reform And Comprehensively Improving The Quality Of Compulsory Education" advocate the development of project-based learning, and cultivate the development of students' comprehensive ability and problem-solving ability. Therefore, micro project learning is a good way to improve students' problem-solving ability. This study focuses on the following three issues:(1)what is the current situation of junior high school students' mathematical problem-solving ability?(2)How to design the micro project learning with the goal of cultivating students' problem solving ability?(3)In micro project learning, has the problem-solving ability of students been developed? This research adopts the methods of literature research, investigation research and action research to conduct a relatively complete research on "micro project teaching design aiming at cultivating students' problem solving ability".In this study,60 sixth grade students from J Middle School in Shanghai were selected as the research objects, and the problem-solving ability of students was quantified in the form of questionnaire survey and pen and paper test. The tools used include problem-solving ability questionnaire, daily paper and pen test paper, and extracts of Pisa test questions in 2015.Through data analysis and interviews with teachers, this paper analyzes the current situation of junior high school students' mathematical problem-solving ability, analyzes the factors that affect students' mathematical problem-solving ability, and provides solvable strategies, which lays the foundation for the following micro project teaching design framework with the goal of cultivating students' mathematical problem-solving ability. Then from the learners, learning content, teaching objectives and other aspects to establish the framework of junior high school mathematics teaching activity design based on micro project learning, and the implementation of micro project learning activities, through data analysis of micro project learning activities on students' learning attitude, academic performance,problem-solving ability.Research shows that the problem-solving ability of sixth grade students in mathematics learning is not high, there are many factors. After carrying out micro project learning activities,it has a positive impact on students' thinking and attitude to a certain extent, and can cultivate students' scientific dialectical ability to a certain extent, improve students' academic performance and mathematical problem solving ability.
