Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Homeland Cooperation In Kindergarten

The family is a lifelong education platform for the children,which provide i mportant nutrients for healthy growth of young children, The kindergarten is an important guide and protector in early childhood development, The family is str ong backing for kindergarten and the teacher propose valuable suggestions for pa rents in science parenting.Home cooperation is an important means of education,which not only can narrow the distance between teachers and parents, but also e nsure the healthy development of young children.Teachers and parents pay genera l attention to Home Cooperation in which there are variety of ways.However, du e to the lack of knowledge of teachers and parents leading to little effect of Ho me Cooperation.In this paper, we have interviews combined with case study as well as pare nts of preschool and teachers are the object of the study, By understanding of th e basic information,knowledge,attitudes,form and content on Home Cooperation. I propose effective solutions by the thorough expond of the status and the proble ms in Home Cooperation.Studies have shown that teachers and parents both recognize the importance of Home Cooperation, Although the extensive contents,teachers and parents lack of consistency in Home Cooperation; The form of Home Cooperation is sole an d increasingly supeificial;In Home Cooperation,lower interactive level of teachers and parents can’t reach the effect;Teachers and parents can’t angle with each oth er in considering the issue.Therefore,to ensure that Home Cooperation will be car rying on effectively,i put forward some suggestion:Make efforts to strengthen communication with each other and promote thechildren comprehensively development;Parents should be in coordinate with the h ome nursery in developing rich activities in Home Cooperation to optimiz the gr owth environment of children;Strengthen the connection of home,nursery school,c ommunities, and promote the interaction between teachers and parents;Teachers a nd parents should change their mind in considering others which can provide fav orable conditions for children’s healthy growth.
