Home-School Cooperation, An Effective Way For Teenagers To Be Socialized

Home-school cooperation has been the focus of educational researchesand school reforms all over the world during the past decades. We also attachgreat importance to home-school cooperation in China and make it animportant element of the contemporary educational reform. With the in-depthdevelopment of educational reform, people see more clearly that home andschool are two main decisive factors in course of teenagers'socialization, andthat it's very significant for the healthy growth of the young generation toenhance the cooperation between home and school. By employing the methodof literature research, the writer of the thesis gives a thorough discussion of themeaning of home-school cooperation as well as its significance for teenagers'socialization, and reviews the previous researches on this topic. Then byemploying the method of survey and study, the writer of the thesis makes acase study of the Northern Campus Luhang School in Pudong District,Shanghai in order to observe and analyze the conditions of home-schoolcooperation in the school and its effect on teenagers'socialization. In the end,the writer of the thesis proposes several countermeasures to advancehome-school cooperation and optimize the effective way to have teenagerssocialized so as to facilitate the successful socialization of the younggeneration.
