Games are children's basic activities in the kindergarten,it is an important way of learning,but also children's life.The purpose of the activity is to create a kindergarten life suitable for children's age,protect children's right to play and have a happy childhood.Promote the development of children's subjectivity,so that children in active lively,active learning to obtain a comprehensive,harmonious and healthy development of body and mind.Among them,role-playing is the most common form of children's games,which plays an indelible role in children's health,cognition and social development.However,at present,there are many puzzles in the role play guidance of rural preschool teachers.When to direct? How? Based on this,it is particularly necessary to study the role play guidance of rural preschool teachers,analyze the causes of these problems,and improve the strategies of role play guidance behavior of rural preschool teachers.This study discusses the theoretical basis,principles and value of rural preschool teachers' role play guidance,and analyzes the current situation of rural preschool teachers' role play guidance by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.The results show that there are the following problems in the role play guidance of rural preschool teachers.The content of the guidance tends to maintain the classroom order and pays less attention to the development of the game itself.The timing of intervention is dominated by children's safety problems and disputes.The guiding behavior is mainly initiated by children,but the teachers are less involved in the game.The way of guidance is arbitrary or arbitrary;The guidance results were mainly received by children,and the game effect was not significant.In view of the existing problems,this paper believes that the problems in rural preschool teachers' role play guidance are related to the quality of teachers themselves,including the deviation of teachers' ideas,the lack of relevant knowledge and the lack of relevant ability.It is also related to the lack of role play resources in kindergartens,the lack of attention from kindergarten managers,the lack of relevant training systems in kindergartens and other external factors.On this basis,the author puts forward the following strategies to improve the guiding behavior of rural preschool teachers and to promote the teachers.First of all,rural preschool teachers need to establish a correct concept,including the correct concept of the game,the establishment of a comprehensive scientific concept of children,set up a flexible guiding concept and update the values of the game;Enrich relevant knowledge,including through teachers' independent learning,teaching and research activities and training;Improve relevant abilities,including the ability to plan and prepare games,the ability to observe and analyze children's behaviors,the ability to encourage children to play games according to their own wishes,and the ability to intervene in games at appropriate time;Secondly,at the kindergarten level,rich game guidance resources are provided for teachers,and kindergarten managers should pay more attention to and improve the forms of teacher training.This study is expected to provide reference experience for the research on role play guidance of rural preschool teachers.
