A Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Teachers' Classroom Teaching In Education College

Classroom teaching evaluation as the teaching in colleges and universities is an important link in, obtained the domestic and foreign scholars and education universal attention and recognition. The Faculty of Education is one of the faculty in Souphanouvong University, which is one of the earliest institute, after decades of development, has made some achievements, but there is a certain gap from the target. Among them, improve the level of teaching, improve the satisfaction of students, parents as well as narrowing the gap with competitors. Those are the faculty of education need to solve. Therefore, to establish a scientific and reasonable for faculty of education classroom teaching evaluation index system is particularly important.The authors focus on investigating the Kunming university of science and technology and Thailand NakhoneParton University’s teaching evaluation index system of the status quo and, by Faculty of Education of Souphanouvong University teaching evaluation goals "encourage teachers to improve teaching level, improve the teachers, students and parents satisfaction, narrow the gap and Laos national university institute of education" as the goal, USES the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to set of scientific, reasonable suitable for Faculty of Education of Souphanouvong University classroom teaching evaluation index system, and carries on the overall consistency check. Author in December 2014 backed to Faculty of education of Souphanouvong University for using the evaluation index system on the empirical study, the results show that the system to help the faculty of education’s teachers in classroom teaching process and students in the process of classroom learning, improve the satisfaction of students and parents, improving teachers1 teaching level, etc. has played a good guide, for Faculty of education of Souphanouvong University narrow the gap and the major competitors have certain help.
