In 2001 a new round of the curriculum reform began, in order to implement the idea of the new curriculum reform, curriculum evaluation are gradually promoting, the "academic proficiency test" becoming a prominent part in the reform. Jiangsu province began to implement the historical academic level test in the ordinary high school since 2007, and the test subjects divided into compulsory and optional. The test of compulsory subjects that is now commonly known as "small college entrance examination", has become an important part of college entrance examination in new curriculum scheme. Under the guidance of related knowledge and theory of educational surveying, this paper analyzes the required test items of Jiangsu high school history academic level test from 2007 to 2014, with the method of literature research, case analysis and statistical analysis.The introduction mainly elaborates the research origin, concept definition, research status, research ideas and methods, innovation and shortcomings of this thesis.The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyzes the fundamental basis of Jiangsu high school history academic level test, mainly from the background, location and proposition basis. Under the background of high school curriculum reform, academic level test system replaces the previous examination system. This paper argues that the curriculum standard is the most fundamental basis and exam is the most direct. At the same time, the textbook is an important reference basis.The second chapter analyzes test questions of 8 years from the structure. In the aspect of the question types, the thesis mainly adopting the method of data statistics, analyzes the question types structure, module and comprehensive history content structure, coverage rate. In the aspect of conception, questions prominently examine knowledge based on the backbone and tend to test the ability of recollection, but also pay attention to methods of learning history and to cultivate the students’emotional attitude and values. In the aspect of situation, both the text materials, and various graphic materials, forms are various, and pay attention to students’ experiences of learning and life. Situations also do not forget to pay close attention to social events. In the aspect of questions, language is concise. Questions pay attention to the use of behavior verbs and degree adverbs. Questions’ angles are multi-level.The third chapter, the reflection on the test questions of 8 years, includes the perfection and the main problems existing of the test questions from 2007 to 2014, and put forward some superficial recommendations for improvement of test questions.To sum up, this paper tries to analysis Jiangsu high school history academic proficiency test required subject from 2007 to 2014, so play some help on the proposition. The author thinks, history academic proficiency test required subject plays an important role in high school history teaching, about the concept of the new curriculum can be implemented in the teaching. So studying testing tools-test is particularly important.
