Compared with Class Test Theory, Item Response Theory has many advantages, such as independent sample、repeatable measurement and so on. As the development of computer technology, the complex and time consuming calculation has been solved, IRT has been applied by Computerized Adaptive Testing in every aspect of our social life.Simulation test system of high school physics academic level test using IRT, it takes questions with a certain number randomly from test database, and students do test by themselves online, this system can value scores and ability of them on time,at the same time, it can also provide analysis of the result, then help students learning physics independently. As IRT parameter estimate model, this system use "two-value scoring, double parameter Logistic single dimension model", chooses maximize estimate function as parameter estimate arithmetic, estimate students’online test grades to deduce their degrees in academic level test. The statistical analysis of system indicates deficiency of database. To simplify system designation and research exploration, we analysis every year original test data, prove scores of choice questions and entire paper have relations, database for students test online founded by this system is equivalent to academic level test of high school physics.Based on Microsoft’s ASP.NET technology, the whole system adopts B/S frame and MVC exploitation design mode by C#, the date stored and managed by MySQL database software.A simple testing after system finished turns out students’ability estimate values have relations with academic level test results.
