Effect of altitude hypoxia on the human body, both harmful side and upside. This experiment explore the impact of altitude hypoxia on human subjects at the same time from the high plains for a period of seven weeks of fitness training, in order to observe the subjects serum lipids in HDL-C, LDL-C changes, so as to Highland travel, fitness, health plateau native populations, as well as the treatment and alleviation of chronic metabolic diseases and provide the basis for new ideas on the plateau medical services plains crowd.Objective: Native High Plains, biological age of 45-55-year-olds performed exercise at high altitude hypoxia environment, observe their effects on serum lipids HDL-C, LDL-C produced by the body to explore the environmental impact of hypoxia The HDL-C and LDL-C mechanism. Subjects: Depending on the experiment divided into: the plateau in the experimental group(group highland plains group), plain control group(hereinafter referred to as the control group), a total of 60 people. After which the group and the plains plateau group for a period of one week of training in each residence adaptive acquisition targets, focus went Duoba training place in Qinghai(2366m), Tianjun(3480-3700m) for a period of three weeks of the experimental period, of which 2366 m two weeks, 3480-3700 meters in one week, once a week collecting indicators; observation period: after the experiment to return to their place of residence to continue to observe three weeks, ending acquisition targets. The control group in the plain(Xi’an, elevation 428 meters) per day of exercise three weeks in a centralized manner, acquisition targets. Observation period were returned to their place of residence, but not in a concentrated manner were observed 3 weeks after acquisition targets.Results: the experimental results show that: after the high plains alternating exercise for 7 weeks, the plateau plain man group, group HDL-C showed a downward trend, and the plateau group showed very significant drop(P<0.01) while the control group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Women’s plain group HDL-C decreased, the plateau group, the control groups were increased. The men’s plain plateau group, group LDL-C showed an increasing trend, while the control group showed a downward trend. The women’s altitude group rising LDL-C levels were significantly(P<0.01), plain group LDL-C showed an increasing trend, while the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05). The men’s high altitude group LDL-C/HDL-C values showed a rising trend in the standard range, plain group increased significantly(P<0.05), the control group and the experimental index early high level, but decreased significantly in the observation stage(P<0.05). The women’s altitude group LDL-C/HDL-C values showed a rising trend in the standard range. The plain group increased significantly(P<0.05), the control group in the standard range decreased significantly(P<0.05). Man plateau group TG showed a rise and then decline range increased, edge and end in observation. The plain group in the complete experimental stage also presents the first decreased and then increased, TG decreased during the training were maintained in the appropriate range, but the observation interval is increased over the edge of the end of the elevated. The control group showed a downward trend, in the appropriate range. The women’s altitude group, plain group and the control group showed a rise and then decline in the integrity of the experimental stage, and rise appeared in the late group to observe, the plateau edge increased range, the plain group, the control group has increased but still within the range of standard. Men group TCH in plateau complete experimental stages increased at first and then decreased trend, except for the experimental period of first weeks TCH to edge increased range, the remaining stages in the appropriate range. The plain group decreased significantly during the experimental period of third weeks(P<0.05), observed in the late rose again on the edge increased range. The control group showed a downward trend in the appropriate range. The women’s group in the plateau, plain group complete the experimental stage were all increased at first and then decreased and increased in the experimental group except for an elevated plateau range during the first weeks of rising to the edge, the rest are in the appropriate range. Plain group at the beginning of the experiment, the experimental period of first weeks, observed at the edge of late are increased range, the remaining stages in a suitable range. The control group was overall declining trend, from the initial increase in scope to the appropriate range edge.
