In order to actively respond to the government's call to build scientific campus football culture, combined with the characteristics of football, to raise awareness of football mental health educational function, study the problems of football training of moderate intensity on executive function effect, enrich the theoretical research in motion the development of executive function influence students.Study on the selection of developing characteristic campus football courses in a primary school in Nanjing city from 66 to three the sixth grade students as participants, including 33 pupils in the experimental group, in addition to the regular sports courses,extracurricular acceptance of campus football training, 33 students in the control group only in regular physical education courses. In 3 dimensions: executive function control information, refresh (working memory), task switching (cognitive flexibility)as the indicator in football class for intervention, and explore the short (45 minutes)and long-term (12 weeks) football class exercise on the effect of implementation of the pupils.The psychological test software E-prime 2, inhibitory control by flanker measurement,1-back measurement tasks refresh function (working memory),more-odd shifting task measurement task conversion function (cognitive flexibility).Using the paired samples T test, independent samples T test and ANOVA analysis of the exp'erimental data processing, analysis of the function of football training effect of implementation of the pupils.Through the analysis and discussion of the results, a one-time (45 minutes) of moderate intensity football training on the development of the executive function of primary school students to help, but did not achieve significant results, and there is no grade, gender impact.Long term (12 weeks) moderate intensity football training has a significant effect on the executive function of primary school students, and there is no gender, grade and other factors and their interaction.
