Wushu projects mostly special technical movements as physical training methods and tools, no specialized training for specialized strength or speed. Although the development of special techniques to master and special action required in terms of fitness irreplaceable specificity and purpose, but when the competitive level of Wushu athletes raise a certain height, it shows its monotony and training methods limitations, on the other hand the traditional Wushu preparatory activities and organize student activities is generally based on a special technology as a means to move or basic movements, athletes can be in a suitable state and central nervous system in the body, often without scientific basis.In this paper, the Beijing Sports University Students Athletics Institute Wushu direction for the study, mainly experimental method, from the perspective of the body functional training in order to prepare the action, rapid expansion of composite training, operation mode, functional strength training, training for regeneration the starting point, select the experimental classes and control pilot study, by comparison of the experimental results and analysis to explore the impact of health-related physical fitness training function Wushu athletes to complete the special quality of technical movements, martial arts Wushu athlete’s attitude, The main draw the following conclusions:1. Fast power increase the magnitude of the experimental group than the control group is large, the average of the three indicators of men and women in the experimental group were higher strength quickly, which the men in the experimental group and the control group in Mogao vertical jump, standing three differences between these two indicators statistically significant level long jump, vertical jump Mogao woman, standing long jump differences on these two indicators were statistically significant;2. Men difference was not statistically significant in the cross fork, vertical fork, Sit and Reach Flexibility evaluation of these three indicators, the difference in this woman’s three indicators were statistically significant, but the average experimental post data can be seen, whether the average man or woman averages, were higher in the experimental group;3. The body functional training can improve the static balance, there is no difference between men and women in the experimental group left leg balance higher than the performance indicators, and between-group differences were significant;4. Body functional training can improve the quality of athletes special technical movements, the men and women in the experimental group whirlwind 540-degree knee foot independent, external TKBL 540-degree stances, kicks and knee being vacated independent performance indicators average scores were higher, the difference was significant.
