In recent years,with the widespread development and popularization of Volleyball in the world,more and more fans begin to pay attention to and fall in love with volleyball.In this context,the rules of the competition are constantly modified and perfected.In the principle of letting volleyball fly in the air,the intensity of the volleyball match and the speed of the ball are the speed of the ball.Faster and faster,which requires athletes to have a strong ability to move quickly on the basis of solid basic skills.The time of functional strength training is not long.It is trained to improve the coordination and transmission efficiency of the body,and to reduce the damage of sports and sports and improve the athletic ability of the athletes as the training focus.The purpose of this study is to explore whether the use of functional strength training in volleyball teaching and training can improve the ability of the volleyball professional students to move in a fast change direction.In this paper,through literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experimental methods,12 students of the 2015 class volleyball special of the College of education of Beijing Sport University(all boys)were used for 8 weeks of functional strength experimental intervention.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)the upper limbs,lower limbs and core strength of the experimental group and the control group were improved to a certain extent,and the core strength of the experimental group was significantly improved.(2)the scores of Illinois run,Nebraska sensitivity test,T run test,half meter test and 36 meter running test of two groups of students were improved.(3)in addition to the results of Illinois running p<0.05,Nebraska sensitive test,T-test,half meter test,and four test indexes of 36 meters running,the results of T test were all P<0.01,which indicated that the experiment was very effective.(4)the results of the post test of the five test indexes of the control group have been improved to a certain extent,but the paired sample T test of the two test results was found that the results of the results of the half meter test(p=0.02<0.05)showed that there was a significant increase in the matched sample T of the other four items before and after the two test data.There was no significant difference in the test results.(5)after an independent sample T test of the increase of two times in the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the results of the independent sample T test of the increase of the five test indexes showed significant difference,and the P value was less than 0.05.(6)through the covariance analysis of the test results of the five test indexes of the experimental group and the control group,it was found that the test results of all the data indexes of the experimental subjects all showed P<0.05.
