| As an experimental subject, demonstration experiment plays an important role in physics teaching. Nevertheless, the traditional education situation that only teacher demonstrates and the students there watch does not changed a lot since the new century. To change the position of students in experiments and encourage their enthusiasm, developing the inquiry teaching method in physics demonstration experiment is pressing.This study used a method which integrated theoretical with practice. Firstly, literature study helps a lot for obtaining deep insight into such experiment and making the principle of it. Secondly, we’ve proposed strategies of developing the demonstration experiments according to the current situation of teaching and the constructive theory. Using series of questions, generative teaching resources and objects in common life, helps encourage students discover more and deeper. Thirdly, to fully understand the current situation of physics teaching, we’ve surveyed both teachers and students. The results indicate the love of students in experiments. However, the phenomenon that teachers doing the experiment separately and students observe aside limits the involvement of students. As thus, the functionality of physics demonstration experiments does not be fully developed. Finally, using our strategies, multiple cases with functions on exploring physics demonstration experiments have been developed. |
