With the development of economic construction and society, the vocational education is playing an increasingly important role in the whole educational development and reform. Among all kinds of education, vocational education is the most closely related to the economic construction as well as the social development. As a developing country, our country takes economic construction as the central task. In this situation, vocational education, especially the secondary specialized education is particularly important. However, due to various reasons, the development of vocational education hasn’t aroused enough attention. Vocational education needs to deepen the reform, improve the quality and efficiency and enhance its vitality so as to cultivate more high-quality labors with the all-around development in morality, intelligence and aesthetic and the comprehensive qualities and abilities. To make it come true, we are required to reform in education and teaching, making the curriculum structure and teaching content more conformed to the specifications of talents’cultivation and meet the needs of social development. The construction discipline in history in Secondary Vocational School adapts to the requirement proposed by the ministry of education about principles on working out the teaching plan in Secondary Vocational School. Other science and humanities courses can be listed as optional courses, individual or integrated courses, which is the specific implementation on the education policy of people oriented. However, in practice, we often attach great importance to cultivating students’professional abilities and ignore the importance of history as a division of the Humanities. To a large extent, it is not beneficial to cultivate the high -quality talents with the all-round development and neither is the development of following-up talents as well as the implementation of long-life study.Therefore,as for the construction discipline in history,we should not only fully realize the importance of history education,but also further study the feasibility of history education,aiming to put forward the targeted and practical suggestions or schemes,which are mainly illustrated in this paper.This thesis is divided into four parts in all. Part one,introduction,explains the causes and significances of the research.Part two illustrates the necessity and feasibility of implementing history education in the secondary vocational school.Part three introduces the subject objectives and curriculum system of history education in the secondary vocational school. Part four talks about the implementation of history education in the secondary vocational school.
