Secondary vocational education refers to the intermediate level of vocational-technical school education,it recruits the junior middle school graduates,the primary vocational-technical school graduates and those has the suitable junior middle school level.The goal of the secondary vocational education implements to train and transport intermediate technical personnel and high-quality workers.It includes the secondary technical schools,technical worker schools,vocational secondary schools and vocational high schools and so on.in the high school education period.Huhhot secondary vocational education has formed a secondary vocational education system which has a certain number and scale after more than 20 years exploration and the practice,and has made considerable progress.It trained a large number of practical talented people for Huhhot's economic construction and social development...But the survey showed that there are many problems in Huhhot secondary vocational education development.For example,lack of funds,hard to recruit students,weak teacher staff,professional structure unscientific, difficult to manage schools,severe unemployment problem and lagged behind the development in rural areas of secondary vocational education. If these problems can not be resolved,Hohhot secondary vocational education development will be seriously restricted as well as the city's comprehensive competitiveness enhancement.In order to solve the existing problems and let it develop healthily in our city? The government should enlarge funds investment to secondary vocational education,reform the enrollment system of the secondary vocational schools,strengthen teachers construction,reform the profession structure of secondary vocational education,improve the employment system,strengthen standard management of the secondary vocational schools and pay full attention to the development of secondary vocational education,in rural areas.
