The human’s education communication technology from the initial methods, like hand writing, blackboard writing and model show, changed into the audiovisual technology stage, like slides broadcast technology. Now human’s education come into the information technology stage which is based on the computer and internet technology. Using computer to assist teaching has made great contribution to various disciplines. Computer teaching method is also widely applied into the primary school mathematics teaching class to improve the teaching effectiveness in domestic and abroad countries.In this article, firstly I analyze the research achievements of flash application in the primary school teaching firstly. I understand that the flash teaching in primary school mathematics course mainly distributed in the education games and mathematics courseware designing. Some teachers also developed the Elementary Geometry Teaching Platform which is based on the Flash3D technology. But in the aspect of using the flash’s picture editing advantage to teach primary school graphics teaching, there still exists deficiency.Then, according to the Jean William Fritz Piaget’s Cognitive-developmental theory, Pierre Van Hiele and Dina Van Hiele’s Van Hiele levels theory and Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow theory, I try to probe the flash teaching effectiveness in primary school graphics teaching. I’ll investigate the flash usage in primary school graphics teaching, analyze the problems that appeared in graphics teaching and the reason behind. Last, on the basis of the problems and causes, I attempt to put forward the improving strategies to design flash in the plane geometry, the three-dimensional geometry and the geometric orientation transformation combining to the related primary school mathematics graphics teaching content.Through this study can be drawn that teachers use flash to teach effectively in the plane geometry, the three-dimensional geometry and the geometric orientation transformation can improve the students’ graphical features memory ability, mathematical relationship expressing skill in graphics and the spatial reasoning ability. It also helps to train the students’space concept and geometric intuitive ability. To some extent, it also helps to inspire the students’ interest in learning primary school mathematics graphics course, and upgrade the students’ ability of feeling the beauty, appreciating beauty and creating beauty.
