The development of education reform put forward higher request to teacher specialization level,which promotes teachers' professional development through teacher guidance teacher studio is a common way of the current teacher training.Teacher studio,not only in conformity with the practical needs of education,and enrich the way of teacher professional development,cultivate a large number of backbone teachers,promote the teaching reform,promote the balanced development of education,to promote teachers' professional development level plays an important role.Teacher studio in promoting teachers' professional development plays a big role.Therefore,this article through to in changsha Ding Li mathematics teacher "studio" for case study,through literature method,observation method and case analysis method,the teacher studio's form,operation mechanism,ways and means to carry out activities,to study and discuss the role of teacher's professional development.Teacher studio mainly through invited teacher sends to conduct lectures,teaching to the countryside culture,organize series of teaching and research activities,and conduct competition contest and other activities in order to develop studio activities,studio the activities of the organization provides a learning resources,teachers' professional development can promoteteachers' professional knowledge and experience of communication between,improve the teachers' reflection on the teaching ability,and promote teacher's professional development on a big role.In addition,this paper also puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the further development of the studio,trying to promote the better development of studio and teacher professional development activities for other areas to provide reference and reference.
