Kindergarten routine is the code of conduct and criterion that children should abide by in their daily life.Preschool stage is the key period of children's orderly development.Abiding by the basic rules and norms of kindergarten and society will help children adapt to the environment, form a sense of order, form good living habits and moral quality, and promote self-management and self-discipline.However,the author finds that although teachers spend a lot of time in emphasizing children's routine and making a series of relevant rules, there are still many illegal behaviors that are not allowed repeatedly, which brings trouble to normal activities, especially in mixed age classes, children of three age groups live together and play, and the interaction of behaviors occurs every moment. In such an environment, how to achieve the high efficiency and quality of conventional education,as well as the value of education and management,is what we must think about. This study mainly uses the event sampling observation method, interview method and case analysis method, and takes the mixed age class a of Z kindergarten in Hohhot City as the research object, and makes an in-depth investigation on the children's behaviors violating the routine in the three groups of small, middle and large children in the class. In the natural situation, the participatory observation method is used to record the specific cases of children's behaviors violating the routine in one day's life. And follow-up interviews with children who violate the rules in a timely manner, listening to children's psychological dynamics and ideas about teachers' response to their violations at the first time. From the three dimensions of children's violation period, violation scope and violation motivation, the characteristics and centralized performance of children's violations at different ages in mixed age classes are summarized.Based on the interview results of 16 kindergarten teachers and some parents of class A,this paper sums up teachers' guiding strategies for children's violations from three aspects: before, when and after children's violations; From the perspective of children's own characteristics, daily rule-making,teacher guidance, kindergarten environment and family factors, this paper analyzes and explores the reasons behind children's violations in mixed age classes.Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development and implementation of routine education from the perspective of teachers,so as to effectively improve children's violations, help teachers make full use of the advantages of mixed age education to reduce children's violations, and provide reference for routine education in kindergartens.Through the research, the author draws the following conclusions: Firstly, there are more violations in the middle group and less violations in the large group;Violations show different characteristics in different dimensions;Violations show different characteristics in different age groups;Children in the small age group have more imitative and repetitive violations, while children in the large age group have more tendency to commit violations knowingly.Secondly, there are many factors that affect the children's behavior in mixed age class, including internal factors, namely, the uneven physical and mental development of the children themselves;external factors, namely, the improper formulation of daily rules, the poor way of teachers' guidance, the influence of environment creation atmosphere and the improper way of family education.Thirdly, according to the results of the above research, the author puts forward, from the perspective of teachers, the precautions when making the routine and the guiding strategies when implementing the routine.
