In the education of appreciation education, the incentive to become a mainstream concept of education today, people pay more and more attention to the evaluation of incentive concept applied to the field of students, play the incentive function of evaluation. However, in the current research field of student evaluation, more and more people will pay attention to the macroscopic aspect, in order to form a more perfect system, or establish a more authoritative evaluation system, while neglecting the evaluation of students in the classroom the micro aspects -- the most direct, fast, the most frequently used oral evaluation.Seemingly ordinary but oral evaluation, influence is often on the development of the students have an immeasurable. Especially the body and mind are in a stage of rapid development of primary school students, for the evaluation of their own understanding depends largely on teachers. However, the author found that observation of actual classroom, most of the teachers are not good at using incentive oral evaluation, incentive oral evaluation or teachers the existence of this or that problem. These problems should not be underestimated, therefore, in-depth research on Teacher Incentive oral evaluation be imperative.An overview of the literature at home and abroad, the author found that the research on speech, the teacher’s evaluation of a lot, and specifically for oral evaluation teachers relatively systematic research is very little, some non authoritative journals published in the newspaper articles are educators of personal experience and experience, lack of understanding of the incentive oral evaluation rational. This is the difficulty of this paper, and illustrates the research value of the topic.Through field survey, the author observed and analyzed from the incentive oral evaluation using frequency, mode, object, pointing to the five aspects of content and effect, summed up the existence of teacher incentive oral evaluation problems in the application, analysis of the causes of these problems, then presents the implementation of the principles and methods of incentive oral evaluation, to provide a reference for teachers.
