Today,when quality education and appreciation education are continuously promoted and become mainstream education concepts,the concept of motivation is more and more widely used in education and teaching.The application in the field of student evaluation has attracted the attention of the majority of educators,and the incentive function of evaluation has been continuously researched,new trends in teaching evaluation will also move closer to incentive evaluation.In the current evaluation of essay evaluation,people pay more attention to the macro aspect,and hope to establish or improve the teaching evaluation system,while ignoring the evaluation of essays from the micro level,which is the frequent and indispensable written evaluation in composition teaching.In the composition teaching,written evaluation is an important link,which has a very important impact on the improvement of teaching level and the improvement of students' writing ability.Through analysis and research on a large number of essay commentary examples,as well as questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students,the author finds that most teachers are not good at using stimulative written evaluations,or have problems in one or another during use.These questions are analyzed and summarized from five aspects: the frequency of use,the form of expression,the target,the subject and the effect of the incentive written evaluation.The first is that the teacher's understanding of the incentive written evaluation is not comprehensive,not profound,which leads to its low frequency of use,and can not be applied appropriately and skillfully in the composition teaching;the second is that the expression of the incentive written evaluation is single and boring,the teacher lacks The third part is that the motivational written evaluation points to the one-sided object,often only for the evaluation of the text body,neglecting the writing person;the fourth is the implementation of the incentive written evaluation,the subject is a subjective,the students and parents There are few opportunities to participate in the evaluation of essays,and there is a lack of understanding of the concept of stimulating evaluation;the implementation of the fifth motivating written evaluation is not satisfactory,the students rarely give feedback on the comments,the teachers ignore the psychological needs of students,and lack of reflection on teaching.In view of the above problems,the reasons are analyzed in three dimensions: teachers,students and parents,and eachdimension is analyzed from both subjective and objective aspects.According to data analysis,interview analysis and text analysis,combined with influencing factors,this study proposes specific optimization strategies: first,strengthen teachers' understanding of incentive written evaluation,properly use praise and criticism;second,strengthen training teachers The evaluation skills will bring exciting new experiences to students.Thirdly,teachers should pay attention to the humanistic care of evaluation.When evaluating different groups of students,we should pay attention to the differences of incentive comments.Fourth,improve the composition of students and parents.Evaluate participation and strengthen the concept of incentive education for students and parents.Fifth,teachers should understand the psychology of students and strengthen teaching reflection and learning.
