With the development of modernization, the concept that the citizen consciousness education is accepted by more people, more and more countries and the society are concerning it. In the past , Chinese school education of middle school students is examination oriented and ignore the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality.In pace with the "compulsory education curriculum standards" published, asserting a claim which cultivate students’ citizen consciousness is based on the education of middle school. Secondary school students are at a key stage of growth and development, due to the current China is in the transition period, obvious social contradictions, the highly developed information, the physical and mental health of students is easily affected by external environment. In this case, it is particularly important to carry out the citizen consciousness in the middle school period, as Chinese is one of the most important and basic subject in high school, the superiority and the special features of Chinese subject which plays an important role in the infiltration of the education of civic consciousness. The main content of the article includes the introduction and three chapters of the text.Introduction:this part puts forward the reason of selecting the topic, research status and research methods of this paper.The first chapter:the awareness of citizens, citizen consciousness education connotation, significance of the research and analysis. Then in high school for middle school students to carry out the cultivation of citizen consciousness, not only has important significance to the country and society,but has the extremely importance to the development of the individual students as well.The second chapter:Chinese language teaching and the permeability of citizen consciousness education. This chapter analyzes the necessity of the infiltration of the citizen consciousness education and Chinese teaching in Middle School Civic Education in the penetration of the advantages in the Chinese teaching of middle school, and expounds the construction of the new concept of language teaching. Regardless of the world education development trend in Chinese or Chinese traditional Chinese education and Chinese Education under the new curriculum reform, have the content and requirements of the cultivation of citizen consciousness.The third chapter:the strategy of infiltrating the citizen consciousness education in Chinese teaching. Mainly from four aspects:first, practice of infiltration of citizen consciousness education in the teaching of reading; secondly, penetrate the citizen consciousness education in the teaching of writing; third, Chinese teachers should change the teaching idea, establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students; finally, to expand the channels of citizen consciousness education in language practice activities.From the point of Chinese teaching in this paper, Chinese teaching of civic consciousness education is based on the features of Chinese language, to investigate the penetration of citizen consciousness education in Chinese teaching strategy, play a role in educating people in Chinese teaching.
