Research background: a large number of experiments have confirmed thatexercise is beneficial to the health of body and mind, namely the exercise plays animportant role in promoting body function and brain cognitive function. However, past research mainly focused on the role of aerobic exercise, the research thatresistance of muscle practice do effects on cognitive function is relatively small. Agrowing of evidence suggests that aerobic exercise and strength exercise haveimportant roles in maintaining cognitive and brain function in the elderly. Metaanalysis indicates that when accompanied with strength training, aerobic exercisetraining would produce the greatest benefits to cognition. But there are most reliablebiological mechanisms also shows that only do the strength training and not at thesame time for doing aerobic exercise training may also improve human cognitivefunction alone.Michelle and other people believe that although the resistance traininghas widely effect on the whole body, the study about resistance training on lifelongcognitive effects were rare. There has not the research about special assessment on theinfluence of children cognitive brain resistance training do.Purpose:to explore the effect of muscle fitness level on brain cognitive, thisexperiment adopts the large sample size of transverse comparison research method toexplore the relationship between students’ muscle fitness levels and cognitivepotential P300.Methods:1. Subjects:Selecting251healthy male college students in all kinds ofmajors from Shandong normal university, finally236students of them havesuccessfully completed the experiment and all the samples have not nervous illnesshistory, history of mental illness and cardiovascular system disease history, not takingdrugs which can affect the central nervous system function and vision are normal. Allparticipants agreed to signed the informed consent.2.Research methods: this studyadopted literature method, observation method, questionnaire mathematical statisticsand other research methods.3.Research contents: a.The comparison about thecentripetal-centripetal movement mode and extension flexor muscle group with theindex of P300peak torque; b. The comparison about centrifugal-centrifugal motionmode and extension flexor muscle group with the index of P300peak torque;c.Thecomparison about the centripetal-the centripetal motion mode and extension flexormuscle group with the index of P300relative peak torque; d.The comparison aboutthe centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode and extension flexor muscle group with theindex of P300relative peak torque;e.The analysis on muscle fitness levels andcognitive potential P300Pearson correlation in various indicators.4.Test indicators: a.Adopt RGZ-120-RT model to measure participants’ height and weight, which aremanufactured by the Wu xi weighing apparatus factory. b. Use the NDI-200(Poseidon) neural electrical inspection diagnosis instrument subjects cognitivepotential P300of each index, which are produced by the Shanghai sea medical electronic instrument factory production. c. Use the Swiss CON-TREX TP500human lumbar back muscle strength assessment and training system, measure andrecord the subjects in two (centripetal-centripetal, centrifugal-centrifugal) stretchflexor muscle movement mode of peak torque and the peak torque.Research results:1.Whether using the absolute value of peak torque groupingor relative peak torque grouping, the muscle fitness level of Fz P300latency periodextend; However the incubation period of P300where Pz point on is shortened; P300of Fz and Cz points reaction time shortened. Obviously, muscle fitness levels oncognitive potential P00mainly reflects in P300latency period and the influence of thereaction, but the influence of the incubation period are different performances indifferent leads, which reflect the selectivity of lead and influence of the heterogeneity.2. Cognitive potential P300in Fz point reaction and centripetal-centripetalmovement mode of extensor peak torque values are significantly related (P=0.003,<0.01); The Pz latency and the centripetal-centripetal movement mode extensor peaktorque values are significantly related(P=0.000,<0.01).3. Cognitive potential P300in Fz point reaction and centripetal-centripetal motion mode, the flexor peak torquevalues show a significant relationship(P=0.000,<0.01); Cz point reaction andcentripetal-centripetal movement mode of flexor peak torque values are significantlyrelated (P=0.012,<0.05); The Pz latency and the centripetal-centripetal motionmode, the flexor peak torque values show a significant relationship(P=0.000,<0.01).4. Cognitive potential P300in Fz point reaction and centrifugal-centrifugal motionmode of extensor peak torque values are significantly related(P=0.006,<0.01);Reaction in Cz point and centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode of extensor peaktorque values were significantly related (P=0.048,<0.05); Incubation period in Pzpoint and centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode of extensor peak torque values aresignificantly related (P=0.003,<0.01).5. Cognitive potential P300in Pz pointincubation period and centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode of flexor peak torquevalues are significantly related (P=0.000,<0.01).6. Cognitive potential P300in Fzpoint reaction and centripetal-centripetal movement mode extensor peak torque arevery significant relationship (P=0.009,<0.01); The Pz latency and thecentripetal-centripetal motion mode, the relative value of extensor peak torque isextremely significant relationship(P=0.000,<0.01).7. Cognitive potential P300in Fzpoint reaction and centripetal-centripetal movement mode flexor relative peak torqueare significantly relationship (P=0.000,<0.01); The reaction of Cz point andcentripetal-centripetal movement mode flexor relative peak torque are significantlyrelationship(P=0.027,<0.05); Incubation period at Pz and centripetal-centripetalmovement mode flexor relative peak torque are significantly related (P=0.000,<0.01).8. Cognitive potential P300in Fz point reaction time and centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode relative extensor peak torque are very significant (P=0.008,<0.01); Incubation period at Pz and centrifugal-centrifugal motion mode relativeextensor peak torque are very significant relationship (P=0.001,<0.01).9.Cognitive potential P300in Pz latency flexor and centrifugal-centrifugal motion modeof peak torque values were significant relative relationship (P=0.000,<0.01). Conclusion: The waist and back muscle group of muscle testing flexor musclefitness levels in the influence of P300mainly reflects its’ latency and the reaction time,as well as have no significant effect on P300amplitude. Muscle fitness levels aredifferent performances in different leads, which embody the selectivity and theinfluence of heterogeneity of lead.Suggestion: Suggestion for future use more leads and record ways to do thefurther discussion on this problem.
