Aerobics is the physical exercise based on aerobic exercise. The characteristics of itare health, stress, beauty. And the Aerobics is the complex of gymnastics,music and dance.It can promote health shape the body and entertain oneself. People often practice it byunarmed or light equipment with adequate oxygen supply conditions. It is a form of motionto provide energy for body aerobic system, whose feature is the low degree of systemicmovement that can last for a long time. The main effect of practitioners is on the heart andlung. Aerobics is the basis of aerobic endurance quality. It is not only the public way tostay healthy and cultivate sentiments but also a project of competitive sports.As an important part of school sports, Aerobics has an irreplaceable role in the qualityeducation. The aerobics of "the271class " is used to improve innovation ability, promotethe coordinated development of junior middle school students physical and aesthetic abilityraise and develop a lifelong habit of exercise as the goal of the teaching mode on teachingcontents, forms of organization, teaching methods and means.It is based on the sports andhealth curriculum standards (2011Edition)"health first" guiding ideology, whichemphasizes on practical character, outstanding student learning main body status,effectiveness and diversity of attaching importance to teaching method. It pays attention tostimulate students interest in sports to enhance students physical fitness, cultivate students’cooperation spirit and communication ability, for the students life-long participation inphysical exercise and lay the foundation and promote the student healthy,all-rounddevelopment.Taking the thought of "The271class" as the basis, from the"271class "teachingpattern, aerobics teaching are carried out. The aerobics teaching superiority, teachinginsufficiency and aerobics teaching improvement strategies in four aspects are discussed inthe following parts:1."271class " gives students platform of exploration and cooperation. It is a safe andhumanized class to let the student breathe freely in the classroom.2. The teaching aerobics mode of "271class " can develop students in space andimprove the cooperation and the ability to communicate with people in the cooperativelearning group3.Through aerobics learning and training, students can enhance the physical quality,shape good physique, improve the ability of movement, master a lifelong sports forexercise, and form lifelong sports consciousness to play a catalytic role.4.In the process of aerobics exercise, it can improve the students’ art accomplishment,sensibility to music rhythm of enhanced obviously through a variety of shows andperformances to strengthen confidence. 5.Aerobics is widely used with the school hold activities and art that enrich thecampus cultural life and make the whole campus full of vigor and vitality.In view of the above viewpoint, combining the teaching practice, I put forward thecorresponding suggestion:1."271class " teaching mode will have special features on the aerobics.2.We should strengthen special teacher training, attach importance to quality ofaerobics club activities, work schedule and follow all grade school club activities forstudents3. We can adapt the class according to the existing regulations. It can be combinedwith the students’ interest and level of adaptation to make it suitable for male and femaleparticipation.4.Strengthen the training of strength and flexibility quality in aerobics class andimprove routine synchronous study and special quality training.5.For the students with special training, we must ensure high quality performance andtake part in the contest rather than complete the task in a short time...
