Interpersonal relationship is between the person and person’s psychologicalrelationship, Psychological distance is a kind of social relations, it is formed anddeveloped on the basis of mutual exchanges on emotional people, is the special needof the human. Normal communication and good interpersonal adaptation ability is animportant manifestation of mental health, and also is the basic requirement forhigh-quality personnel age. The nature of physical education teaching is helpful forstudents to establish good interpersonal relationships. This paper took the middleschool students of Qingdao as the main research object, using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method, summarized method, data statistics method and othermethods, investigated on the status quo of the middle school students’ interpersonalcommunication. And through the survey data accepted the results, analysed thecurrent situation of Qingdao city middle school students interpersonal specifically.Statisticsed and analysed the interpersonal situation of the students in physical andhealth course, the psychological reflecting and the effects of physical classroom onthe interpersonal relationship through interviews with individual students. Discussedto construct and cultivate the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,students and students relationship.Results: The middle school students of Qingdao cannot cope well in theacademic pressure and interpersonal relationship, also had no good way to resolve thepressure. The majority of secondary school students are puzzled by interpersonalrelationship more or less. And have a certain understanding of the importance ofinterpersonal relationship in the school. Most of the students hold a positive attitudetoward physical education and health course. And think that the sports and healthcourses to promote interpersonal holds a positive attitude and full of expectation on it.On this basis, This paper analyzed the characteristics and effects of physiologicaland psychological development characteristics of middle school students, middleschool students interpersonal relationship factors in physical teaching of middle school students,strengthen the middle-school student interpersonal into the lives of thenecessity and feasibility of the sports teaching Etc. Based on the above researchresults, I put forward some concrete suggestions about PE class how to cultivatemiddle school students interpersonal.The research for the sports teaching in training the students’ ability ofinterpersonal communication provides a reference suggestion.
