| Interpersonal relationship is a kind of social relationship that people establish in production or life activities,and it is a relatively stable psychological relationship that people form through communication in order to meet certain needs,it reflects the psychological state of individuals seeking to satisfy their social needs.It is an important indicator of a person’s ability to adapt to society.In the common people’s cognition,the higher vocational college students as a whole are inferior to the ordinary college students.First of all,some higher vocational college students have low entrance scores,low confidence in doing things,introverted personality,Low self-esteem,lack of communication awareness and ability.Secondly,compared with the research-oriented or application-oriented talents,higher vocational colleges mainly train technical talents,and their occupations are mainly oriented to production,construction,management,service and other line industries.In addition,there is a certain gap between higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges in school-running level,social approval,policy environment and so on.All of these lead to the psychological difference of "inferiority" of the students in higher vocational colleges.Their normal interpersonal communication and good interpersonal relationship are affected to some extent.This invisibly increases the difficulty to the higher vocational college talented person training.In the past,the research on the level of students’ interpersonal relationship in higher vocational colleges mainly focused on the status quo of students’ interpersonal relationship,influencing factors,development strategies and so on.In the last two years,the research has turned to the research of practical intervention.Due to the unique role of sports in interpersonal relationship,there are also studies of intervention through sports,for example,the effect of Quality Development Training on interpersonal relationship of Higher Vocational College students was studied,and the experimental intervention effect appeared.However,the existing intervention research obviously has the following two deficiencies: First,there is no gender-specific intervention on the premise of knowing the gender differences in interpersonal relationships;The dissemination value of its results is affected.Therefore,the vocational college students through the way of gender differences in sports and intervention for the effects and reasons of research still need to be carried out.Based on this question,This paper takes the 2018Chinese Medicine Marketing major students of Dongfang College of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the research object,through literature and theoretical analysis,on the basis of full analysis of the physical and mental characteristics of higher vocational students,this paper probes into the content of quality development training which can effectively improve the interpersonal relationship level of higher vocational college students,verifies whether the quality development training is effective to the interpersonal relationship level of Higher Vocational College students through experiments,and analyzes the reasons combining with theory.The conclusion is as follows: 1.There are corresponding perplexities in the interpersonal relationship of Higher Vocational College Students.Among them,the two dimensions of human contact and heterosexual communication puzzle relatively serious,but the gender difference is not obvious.2.The results of the comparison between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment show that the p.e.class with the content of quality development training can significantly improve the four dimensions of the interpersonal relationship of the higher vocational college students,but the gender difference was not significant.3.The results of the comparison between the experimental group and the Control Group before and after the experiment show that the p.e.class with the content of Quality Development Training has a very significant effect on the interpersonal relationship of Higher Vocational College Students,again,the gender difference was not significant.4.The improvement of the level of interpersonal relationship of the control group was not obvious. |
