The continuous decline of the physical quality of contemporary college students and the endless emergence of psychological problems have become an indisputable fact,and interpersonal relationship is an important part of mental health.This study examines the current situation of college students' physical exercise and interpersonal relationship through questionnaires to understand the current situation and characteristics of college students' physical exercise and interpersonal relationship in Fujian Normal University.On this basis,the author further studies the physical exercise of interpersonal relationship among college students.The influence of the four dimensions,through the research of this article,can not only deepen the understanding of college students on physical exercise,but also actively participate in physical exercise,and can find the most effective physical exercise mode for college students to deal with interpersonal relationships,and give college students the promotion of psychology.The scientific basis for health.This paper applies the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,and takes 654 college students from Fujian Normal University as the survey object,including 244 boys,410 girls,244 freshmen and 167 sophomores.182 people in juniors and 61 people in seniors.Study the current status,characteristics and relationship between their physical exercise and interpersonal relationships.For the measurement of interpersonal relationship,Professor Zheng Richang and other experts compiled the "University Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale",for the measurement of physical exercise,the "Sports Activity Rating Scale" revised by Professor Liang Deqing of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.The content of this research mainly includes the current situation of college students' physical exercise,the status quo of interpersonal relationship of college students and the influence of physical exercise on the interpersonal relationship of college students.The research finds:(1)In terms of physical exercise,the number of students from Fujian Normal University from the slightest intensity to the maximum intensity is decreasing gradually.The students with the slightest intensity are the most,the students with the strongest participation are the least,and the duration of the students participating in the exercise.Basically maintained at 20 min and above,the exercise frequency is concentrated 1 or 2 times a week.On the whole,the participation of college students in physical exercise is low,and the participation of boys is higher than that of girls.In addition to the duration of exercise,college students of different grades have significant differences in intensity,frequency and amount of exercise.(2)In terms of interpersonal relationship,the difficulties in the interpersonal relationship of college students in Fujian Normal University are from the strong to the weak,namely,communication,conversation,getting along with the opposite sex friends and treating others.College students of different genders had significant differences in conversation(P=0.028),communication(P=0.044),and sympathy with heterosexual friends(P=0.044),and there was no significant difference in the problem of dealing with people.College students of different grades have significant differences in the four dimensions of conversation(P=0.000),communication(P=0.002),waiting for people(P=0.003)and getting along with heterosexual friends(P=0.000).(3)In terms of the impact of physical exercise on the interpersonal relationship of students in Fujian Normal University,different strengths,time,frequency and amount of exercise have different effects on the interpersonal relationship of college students and their various dimensions.From the perspective of physical exercise intensity,the medium exercise intensity has a significant effect on improving college students' communication problems and dealing with people's troubles,but it has no significant effect on college students' conversations and the troubles of heterosexual friends.From the point of view of physical exercise time,the time of continuous exercise is less than 10 min,which can effectively improve the communication troubles of college students.The exercise time of 11-20 min can significantly improve the two dimensions of college students' dealings with others and getting along with heterosexual friends,but participate in it.The time of physical exercise does not have a significant effect on improving the communication problems of college students.From the perspective of physical exercise frequency,the frequency of effectively improving college students' conversations is less than once a month.The frequency of physical exercise is kept 1-2 times a week.It is the best to improve the problem of college students' dealing with people,but the difference in exercise frequency is the same.The effect of improving communication problems and getting along with heterosexual friends is not significant.From the perspective of physical exercise,the amount of physical exercise can significantly improve the communication difficulties of college students.The amount of physical exercise has a significant effect on improving the communication problems of college students.Conclusion: The participation of college students in physical exercise is not high;the participation of boys in physical exercise is higher than that of girls;the participation of seniors in physical exercise is the highest;the students have better interpersonal relationships;the boys are more troubled in conversation and getting along with heterosexual friends.Girls are more troubled in communication;the interpersonal relationship of freshmen is the most troubled;participation in physical exercise can promote the interpersonal relationship of college students.
