Balance is a basic physical quality of the body. Most of our physical activitiesare based on the balance of the body. The development of balance could improve thefunction of the sport organs and vestibular organ. It could also improve the centralnervous system of muscle tissue and help the regulation of the internal organs. Thus, this granted the smooth progress of any physical activities and could improve theability to adapt to the complex environment and the self-protection ability. However, preschool children is the peak period of growth. With the progress of science andtechnology, people pay more attention to balance problems of the elderly and thedisabled but ignore the balance ability development of young children. Therefore, providing a healthy growth environment for children, paying more attention tochildren’s individual differences and timely exercise balance development can helpthe healthy growth of children.Roller skating is one sport that uses the wheel to slide on the pavement, whichneeds special body posture. The sliding movement has an obvious periodicity. Twolegs alternately ground to generate the power to slide. Roller skating movement canhave a rapid development and popularization in a very short period owing to its valueof high fitness and its own special sports elements. In the process of training andcompetition, roller skating movement trains the participants’ will and physicalexercise. It greatly helps the human’s skills of body balance, coordination andendurance quality. It is one kind of sport that could help the comprehensivedevelopment for sports participants. The nature of the preschool children is to play, in order to promote its exercise, can cause children’s interest in sports can better achieve the effect of exercise, rollerskating as teenagers like a kind of special equipment movement, now has become themainstream of children’s entertainment exercise movement project, and the balance ofroller skating movement to keep their own stable, at the same time, the practice ofroller skating to promote the development of the human body balance ability, throughto a series of targeted teaching of preschool children, pay attention to how to betterhelp pick up the children in the teaching of roller skating skills, then the practice roller skating before balance ability and practice roller skating after balance comparisonexperiment, the study of roller skating teaching is to promote the development ofyoung children’s ability to balance development, the research on the development ofyoung children’s balance ability has a great role in promoting, as well as the rightchoice and children playing sports make corresponding evaluation, for the future ofthe children take part in physical exercise to provide corresponding basis. To analyze the comparison of balance ability that preschoolers learn rollerskating before and after three month, this article uses the literature material method, teaching method, observation method, experimental method, mathematical statisticsmethod, video analysis and other methods. This study chooses200students from3experimental kindergartens in Linyi city, Shandong province. These students areasked to have a physical balance text. Among the200students, this study chooses20boys from two points and20girls from two points to form the experimental group, which marked as group a and make them practice roller skating for3months. Besides, this study also selects20boys20girls without roller skating teaching practice to formthe comparison group, which marked as group b. Two groups of students are the samelevel in terms of height, weight, age. The average age was five years old. For thegroup a, students was taught the roller skating for3months. It had five times a weekand each time taken60minutes. The students in group b did not need to learn rollerskating but they can take part in other sports. The results of the study are as follows:1. Through the experiment research, this study found that different age stages ofpreschool children have different postures when they walked the balance beam. Thewalking speed is also different. Different genders of preschool children had differentbody development when they walked in the balance beam.2. Preschool children could increase their body balance as the growth of the age.Children who taken part in roller skating teaching practice of had the better balancegrowth than those who did not attend the roller skating practice. Three months ofroller skating practice for preschool children could improve the posture when theycontrol their balance. Roller skating practice also has a positive role in promoting onthe development of children’s sports ability. 3. Through to the pre-school children to finish the balance beam walkingmorphological analysis found that: after three months, all walk form the object ofstudy to complete the balance beam has changed, after roller skating teaching practiceof children walk form without roller skating teaching practice is obviously better thanthe children.
