| Objective:The influence of the 12-week skipping pattern on the balance and coordination ability was discussed in the thesis, providing theoretical basis for improving the balance and coordination ability and sports training of the girls in the later period of youth. Methods:A series of methods such as literature review, experimental method and single-factor anova by mathematical statistics were adopted in the thesis.Experimental method was mainly used to test 80 female students of preschool department in Nantong Normal College,Class Two of 40 students was the experimental group, and Class One of 40 students was the control group. All testers were physically and mentally healthy without any diseases or injuries.Under the same condition, both the experimental group and control group had the same PE lessons, teaching staffs, teaching syllabus, and teaching methods as well. Two PE lessons, jogging and dancing classes, dancing training were their daily routines.Under this condition, except the above activities, the experimental group conducted 40-minute skipping rope training in the third class in the afternoon for 12 weeks. The control group did the same exercise except for a 12-week course of skipping rope. The static balance ability test item included single foot stand with eyes closed, front foot stand with eyes open;the dynamic balance ability test included marching on the spot with eyes closed;the balance test items were an eight-word run and one-minute rope-skipping.The comparative analysis was conducted by comparing the balance ability and the coordination ability of the testers before and after the experiment.Results:1)single-foot static balance ability in the eyes-closed mode:comparison within the group, there were highly significant differences before and after the rope skipping in the static balance indicators of non-active foot and right foot in the experimental group(P<0.01);comparison between groups, there were significant differences after the rope skipping in the static balance indicators of the non-active foot, left foot and right foot of the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05).2)Single-foot static balance ability in the eyes-open mode:comparison within the group, there were highly significant differences before and after the rope skipping in the static balance indicators of the active foot of experimental group(P<0.05);comparison between groups, the differences of the active foot, the non-active foot, left foot and right foot after the rope skipping in static balance indicators of the experimental group and the control group are not statistically significant(P>0.05);3)Dynamic balance ability of two feet in the eyes-closed mode, comparison within the group, there were highly significant differences before and after the rope skipping in the dynamic balance indicators of the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01);comparison between groups, the differences after the rope skipping in dynamic balance indicators of the experimental group and the control group are not statistically significant(P>0.05);4)Coordination ability:comparison within the group, the difference before and after the rope skipping between the coordination ability of the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01);comparison between groups, the differences after the rope skipping in the coordination indicators of the experimental group and the control group are statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:(1).The single-foot static balance ability of non-active foot, left foot and right foot in eyes-closed mode of female students majoring in preschool education has been improved a lot.(2).The single-foot static balance ability of the active foot in eyes-open mode of female students majoring in preschool education has not been greatly improved either.(3).The dynamic balance ability of two feet in the eyes-closed mode of female students majoring in preschool education has not been improved either.(4).The physical coordination ability of female students majoring in preschool education has been greatly improved as well. |
