Self efficacy refers to their ability to complete an activity which has the ability to judge,belief or self feelings. According to the characteristics of vocational students, cultivate andimprove the students’ self-efficacy is the direction and goal of the study of this subject in theinformation technology teaching, and also hope that through the research to the self-efficacytheory into a normal pattern of classroom teaching, make self efficacy better service forteaching.The infiltration of mental quality education in the teaching of information technology,make the students’ psychological health is improved greatly, which not only on the quality ofteachers and puts forward the requirements, but also challenged the students adaptation abilityand development ability, make students become excellent talents meeting the socialdevelopment in the new era, we need to cultivate and develop students’ self-efficacy. Learningself-efficacy is dominant in the secondary vocational school students learning life, and the lifeof the students has an important influence, it not only affects the academic performance ofstudents, but also affects their physical and mental health, so the cultivation of students’ selfefficacy is an important part of school education.On the basis of the relevant literature was carefully studied in this paper, the relatedconcepts of self-efficacy describes synthetically, for the domestic and international researchresults were sorted and summarized, and the investigation of the existing various gradesstudents’ self-efficacy status, make scientific analysis, and find the existing problems. On thisbasis, the use of the experimental class compared with the control class, the changes ofsecondary vocational school students to study for a period of time to measured before and afterusing measured before and after contrast experimental method, in order to guide the next step ofteaching. Via the experiment: the experimental class and the control class in the pretestindicators of similar cases, through training for a period of time of self-efficacy, after the testresults in the experimental class self-efficacy indexes have been improved obviously, and thecontrol class compared with obvious effect. This shows that the cultivation of students’ selfefficacy in secondary vocational school information technology teaching sense and achievedcertain results, students not only academic performance is greatly improved, mental health and psychological quality has also been a great development, which provides valuable experiencefor the teaching sense, also can provide reference basis for the cultivation of students’ selfefficacy for the teaching of other subjects.Research shows that: the cultivation of students’ self efficacy for secondary vocationalschool students is significant, it can make the students in secondary vocational school to changethe original psychological pressure, with a positive attitude to deal with the need of the socialdevelopment, meet the challenge of the era with high morale. The cultivation of self efficacy isto let the students master the modern information technology in the teaching of informationtechnology, and improve the practical ability and innovative spirit of students, so that everystudent can quickly become a theory of solid, professional technical talent in after graduation.
