The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China clearly points out that we should "make online education a success",which indicates that the construction of teachers' information capacity in China has entered a new period and is turning to intelligence and innovation.The 2017 annual quality report of China's vocational education pointed out that our current information infrastructure level and environmental construction have been in the international advanced level,but there is still an obvious gap between the east and the west in the construction of teachers' information capacity.With the rapid development of China's economy,the overall level of vocational education has been greatly improved.Most secondary vocational and technical colleges are equipped with corresponding information technology teachers,and the information technology ability of teachers in professional teaching positions is also gradually improved.Secondary vocational and technical education has shouldered the important task of training applied technical personnel for the country.The construction of teachers' information ability has gradually become the focus of various universities in China.As the most important part of China's higher education,secondary vocational colleges must keep up with the trend of The Times and strengthen the construction of teachers' professional quality.Secondary vocational technical college teachers ability of the informatization construction can improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational school,complete teaching tasks,reasonable and effective allocation of scarce education information resources,improve the quality of education,to cultivate a good state and society the application of innovative talents,provide intelligence for the rapid development of the Tibet autonomous region's economic and social security.At home and abroad in this paper,through the literature research,understand the latest development of colleges and universities in the aspect of teachers' information ability construction,the construction of teachers' information ability development were comb summary,draw lessons from excellent experience in construction of teachers' information ability,explore the Tibet autonomous region secondary vocational school teachers' information technology capability of ascension,as the Tibet autonomous region secondary vocational technical college teachers' information technology ability to make recommendations to ascend.The Tibet autonomous region secondary vocational technical college teachers' information ability promote research in the final purpose is to reform the current relatively backward teaching mode,cultivate and theoretical accomplishment and vocational skills,with innovative spirit and information quality of teachers,eventually develop issued by both theory and practice ability of teachers,for Tibet region the development of secondary vocational technical education make recommendations.At first,this paper first defines the concept of the construction of teachers' information ability,and discusses the selected topic background,research purpose and research significance,the information construction research status at home and abroad are analyzed,and the informationization construction fund,infrastructure,information resources construction and information main body construction,in-depth analysis of Tibetan middle vocational technology college teachers shortcomings and inadequacies in the information technology ability,based on the reality in the reality,puts forward the following strategies: to raise the capacity of information technology to improve the understanding of the construction of teachers' information ability,change the traditional ideas;The school should establish the guarantee mechanism of fund investment for teachers' information technology ability construction.Strengthen the unified planning of the construction of teachers' information ability and promote the comprehensive development of teachers;Introduce professional talents and strengthen the construction of teachers.
