Information technology is one of the high technologies in the world,has the versatility most widely,the fastest update,the strongest penetration characteristics,full penetration of information technology is gradually and profoundly affects the education mode,concept and direction of development,therefore,education must adapt to the requirements of the development of the information age.In the process of moving from a big country to a powerful country in education,to speed up the development of educational informatization is not only a strategic choice for the overall situation of education,but also an urgent task to solve all kinds of hot and difficult problems.Since entering the new century,especially since 12th Five-Year,the strategic position of educational informationization in the overall development of the country and the overall reform of education is constantly improving.However,in the education informationization has achieved initial results,the application of information technology for teachers has increasingly become a bottleneck to the development of education informatization,education informatization work also began to tilt,to improve teachers'ability of applying information technology direction so the teachers' information technology training is particularly important.In Yanbian,for example,information technology training for teachers' lack of training needs survey,the pertinence is not strong,the training content is old,single mode is not flexible,the follow-up training guidance work is not perfect,the effect can not be consolidated,training safeguard mechanism is not perfect,these problems lead to primary and secondary school teachers in Yanbian,the application ability of information technology has not been fundamentally the promotion,out of touch with the rapid development of education informatization,integration of information technology and teaching can not achieve the depth,which seriously restricts the process of education informatization in china.Therefore,how to break through the bottleneck of teacher training,improve the management of teachers'information technology training,and how to realize the deep integration of information technology and education,has become an important issue related to the strategic process of China's educational informationization.Based on the domestic and foreign teachers to understand the training of information technology,combined with the actual situation of primary and secondary school teachers'information technology training in Yanbian,using the theory of lifelong education of teachers,teachers' professional development theory,demand theory,training theory of training transfer theory,the theory of teachers' occupation burnout,combined with the country in the recent ten years,publish relevant information technology training for teachers the policy,using the method of questionnaire,literature review,and interviews with the state of Yanbian,for example,issued by the network questionnaire survey of primary and secondary school teachers have participated in the training of information technology teachers in Yanbian,the results of questionnaire and interview were analyzed,in order to get the status of Yanbian SMEs the school teachers'information technology application ability and the present situation of teachers' information technology training,and then put forward the problems in training,analyze its impact Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,to achieve the best training effect.
