| For the teachers in the kindergartens after the presentation of urban-ruralintegration of modern education, it is significant to research the changes in theirown professional sense. First of all, the sense of honor, identity and self-worth fortheir own occupation is the precondition of obtaining long-term development ofpreschool teachers, secondly, if the professional sense of teachers tends to follow agood trend under the background of urban-rural integration, then teachers would beable to adapt to the environment factors such as school, children and parents,which is actually promoting the teaching quality. In the article, I selected twopreschool teachers respectively in both city and town of Qingdao as the objects ofstudy to the qualitative research of the pressure of professional preschool teachers.During the research I tried my best to survey and record the statements and actionsof the two teachers in the perspective of an outsider, and comprehended andspeculate their mental activity as a insider and thought over the gatheredinformation, settled hundreds of questionnaires recovered from the fourkindergartens in steps, then clearing up the coding into a conclusion: although thepreschool teachers in the urban part of Qingdao started in a high point, but they areloaded with the heavier professional pressure during the urban-rural integration,while the teachers in rural district got less pressure with the policy support, theirsense of honor, identity and self-worth for their own occupation were increased invarying degrees, however, for the underdeveloped towns, the contradictionbetween the improvement on the surface and the environment they are located inresulted in the slack personal requirements, low working enthusiasm, and weak scientific researching ability, which lack of competitiveness of the teachers in therural district.In order to prevent the further intensity of the circumstances above, relieve thedifferent problems of professional sense loaded on the preschool teachers, and helppreschool teachers to develop their career successfully under the background ofurban-rural integration, I come up with these items:1. Optimize the urban and ruralpreschool teachers’ internal and external working environment, and strengthen theteachers’ scientific researching ability at the same time.2. Strengthen the urban andrural preschool teachers’ psychological quality and health education.3. When facedwith their own specific problems, urban and rural preschool teachers could learnmental regulation by themselves.4. Strengthen the urban and rural preschoolteachers’ professional development.In this paper, the research significance is put in the aspect of theory; itenriched the changes of preschool teachers’ professional sense in the blank after theoperation of urban and rural integration in2010. |
