Nowadays, science and technology has become the key factor for a country’s comprehensive competitiveness, human resource has become the key factor of production, higher education in china goes into the popularization stage, the employment situation of college graduates becomes more and more serious, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities complies with the demand of times. The development gap is widening between eastern and Western regions. As a college in the border area of Yunnan province, it’s an important mission to carry out entrepreneurship education for Lincang teachers’ college.Lincang is under-developed, compared with the developed area, entrepreneurship education of Lincang teachers’ college is also backward. Performance in these areas: entrepreneurship education atmosphere is not strong, Practice platform is very few, the number of entrepreneurs is very small, team consciousness is weak, venture project form is single, science and technology content of venture project is low. In the external environment, government policy and enterprise support is insufficient, and so on. The fourth part of this article analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects, including the level of colleges, the development of local economy and society, the government, the enterprises, public opinion. The fifth part draws on the experience of France, Singapore, Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The sixth part puts forward some countermeasures from colleges, the government, enterprises, the media four aspects. Colleges should firstly attach great importance to entrepreneurship education in college, then correct the understanding of entrepreneurship education, strengthen the cooperation with enterprises, improve the management system of entrepreneurship education, put entrepreneurial culture into campus culture. The government also should attach great importance to entrepreneurship education in college, sounds institutions, refines its functions, and plays a leading role, creates a good system of capital, policy and legal environment for college students’ entrepreneurship. The enterprises should provide funds, material, guidance and services to the entrepreneurship education in colleges from the long-term interests. The media should guide the whole society to support entrepreneurship, to be tolerant for entrepreneurial failure, integrate resources, Influence students’ entrepreneurial sense, mentality and behavior positively.
