The thesis use the literature method, video analysis, data statistics, field observation and the method of theoretical analysis, to analysis and contrast excellent course of fosbury flop high jump in some sports colleges of china and teaching of track and field elective class in the department of Physical education of 2010-2012; Logic reasoning and analysis practice contents of warming-up before the test of fosbury flop high jump of sports professional students in some colleges take part in the candidates in2015. The purpose is to explore good and bad of the development of space and optimization in the traditional teaching and objective teaching, to provide theory evidence for doctrine and practice of the teaching of fosbury flop high jump. The results of the research is:1 、 The traditional view understanding fosbury flop high jump is based on emotional perception and deliberately imagine, now it can’t meet the needs of the modern fosbury flop high jump technique teaching. The effect of fosbury flop high jump curved run has advantages, it is the objective theory that most people did not know. Although with any fosbury flop high jump technique teaching or training can improve the learner’s performance, but there is relative difference of development space’s gap in the future.2、The effect of fosbury flop high jump curved run including: ⑴Curved run is the need to complete the swivel continuously and naturally to back to rail in jump and after jump of body;⑵Curved run is the need to implement the body to obtain the effect of lean back flip body and implement vertical jump in end jump moment;⑶Curved run is a effective way to shorten the vertical distance from the jump point to rail projection.3、The “bridge” in support state is completed by gluteus maximus of drive leg restrained shrinkage in far fixed and in the circumstances that the torque is not zero;But the “bridge” complete the opposite movement in the air by gluteus medius of swinging leg restrained shrinkage in near fixed and in the circumstances that the torque is zero. So their mechanics condition, the muscle of key force and the characteristics of muscle power is different,their nature and characteristic is different obviously.4、The concept of the traditional teaching and the objective teaching’s paraphrase are based on the feeling of the phenomenon and the objectivity of nature regular. The differences of the traditional teaching and the objective teaching’s content caused by the differences of the traditional technology and the objective technology’s requirements, the most fundamental reason is that the different understanding of curved run’s role is different.5、Traditional teaching presents 9 teaching contents, their characteristics are single and rough, strong independent, bad system, but objective teaching presents 32 teaching contents, their characteristics are rich and detailed, strong correlation, good system; Basic technology practice of traditional teaching need less time, master easily, low requirements, the logic of teaching order is bad, the efficiency of single teaching is low; Basic technology practice of objective teaching need more time, master hardly, high requirements, the logic of teaching order is good, the efficiency of single teaching is high.6、The important and difficult part of traditional teaching is across the rail, the important and difficult part of objective teaching is put down the leg; The contents of objective teaching is more conform to the objective laws than the contents of traditional teaching, the effects of objective teaching’s development space is bigger, optimization is better, application level is higher compared with the effects of traditional teaching’s, but objective teaching’s system and learning difficulty is harder.
