Research purposes:the fosbury style high jump is one of main items in the current teaching of track and field sports colleges and universities, under the condition of current limited teaching hours, in order to better and faster master fosbury flop technology, innovation practice method (or methods), is now pressing subject. This paper, based on the principle of motor skill formation, high jump technology principle, track and field teaching theory and method, through the observation, investigation, access to many years teaching practice of teachers and the author’s teaching practice, design the practice method of "five type", to quickly grasp and improvement of fosbury flop technology, improve the teaching effect, the innovation fosbury style high jump teaching method, explore some useful way.Research object:according to fasten our fosbury style high jump teaching outline and the arrangement of the plan, in September 2013 to October, to fasten the cluster sampling method,2012 grade 3 class, respectively,5 class, class 6,7 class a total of 114 boys, each class is divided into two groups (the experimental group and the control group), preliminary experiment 5 classes as experimental object, formal experimental class 6 and class 7 as the experimental object.Research methods:in this paper, through experimental method, the two-dimensional video shooting method, image analytic method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis. Based on the two-dimensional video shooting, the action of technology for fosbury style high jump performance characteristics of the kinematic parameters were analyzed.The results of the research:1. Official after the experiment group and control group by teaching grades and skill evaluation results can be seen that the experimental group using high-five practice method of control and learning effect is obvious.2. Teaching experimental group and the control group after the performance characteristics of the techniques of the kinematics parameters were analyzed, concluded that in the process of fosbury style high jump take-off, the run-up speed can not only provide power supply, the motion of the arms can also bring more energy.Research conclusions:Type 1. The teaching experiments have proved that deconstruct the practice method can accelerate the construction of sports conditioning, accelerate and promote the formation of motor skills, Jane and easy, targeted, promote the grasp of complete technology, the teaching effect is good.2. High-five practice method, benefit the teaching object comprehensive conventional teaching methods, teaching design meet the fosbury flop technology principle and development trend, in regard to teaching embody the characteristics of mineralization and simplified easily, give priority to with full practice, introduces the teaching object oriented to reshape the way. which can play out in practice.3. Under the limited teaching hours, innovation teaching methods, and achieved remarkable results, considering many factors, according to the different teaching object has yet to be in the future teaching practice to further improve, in order to more scientific and effective.
