The development of Fosbury flop is in the bottleneck period, many scholars and coaches to seek a breakthrough point of Fosbury Flop training to create better results. Core strength training theory is introduced, obtained more and more scholars and coaches recognized in many countries and regions. But as the core strength training is a new training method, its influence on the movement is still controversial. In this paper, through the experimental method to verify whether the core strength training of Fosbury jumping effect has a positive effect, provide a reference for related research of Fosbury Flop.The Northeast Normal University sports college 2011 physical education track and field elective class of 18 students as experimental subjects, divided into experimental group and control group, for 8 weeks of core strength training for the experimental group. All of the subjects before and after the acquisition experiment in high jump take-off phase of the height of the center of gravity; hip joint and knee joint angle; initial velocity and gravity flight action of Fosbury Flop take-off stretching time, the height of the center of gravity flight. In order to analyze the influence of core strength training on Fosbury take off.The experimental results are as follows:1.The core strength improves the experimental group athletes jump takeoff leg maximum buffer when the height of the center of gravity(P=0.035).Reduce the experimental group of athletes in the center of gravity of the high jump take-off phase fluctuation2.The core strength of the experimental group increased take-off leg landing of the hip joint angle(P=0.039), the experimental group athletes maintain better posture in the high jump take-off buffer stage.3.Core strength reduced the experimental group jumpers jump kicking time(P=0.016), the experimental group athletes more actively take off.4.Core strength improves initial jumping speed of the center of gravity of the experimental group of athletes completed high jump takeoff(P=0.039) of the center of gravity flight and high jump take-off after the height(P=0.05), the experimental group has the effect of jump athletes better.
