On the basis of commonality of sports teaching and the disaster education, according to the physical and mental characteristics of students and physical education textbook which is richly endowed by nature advantage, through the discussion of the sports teaching and cooperate with schools in disaster education for the students of the necessity and feasibility of detailed analysis and discussion, and in practice the specific methods and approaches. Effective teaching mode and method in PE class, seek the scientific method of teaching the disaster education into the physical education classroom to enhance the students’ consciousness of crisis, a system of learning to understand the various hazards of common sense, improve students’ physical and mental health, improve the emergency ability and ability to adapt to the society, the cultivation of students’ ability in natural disasters, accidents and emergency calm processing events and the necessary during the crisis of the physical quality, help protect yourself and others. To fill the gap of disaster education at the same time, enriches the content of physical education, cultivate students’ interest in PE, enhancing the applicability of PE lesson, let students learn in the physical education on the knowledge and skills to learn in order to practice real effect.First, collect literature data analysis, in view of disaster education of the calls type, the introduction research type, focuses on of the practice of disaster education, put disaster education into the innate physical education, according to the disaster education and students as well as the characteristics of the physical education course to develop the questionnaire, mainly consisting of disaster the present situation of disaster awareness and attention,and the views and suggestions of the disaster consciousness in physical education penetrating.Through the teaching practice for a semester, the students in the experimental group in the analysis of disaster awareness, disaster prevention and emergency hedging ability and skills of physical education course and the basic situation of participation in physical exercise, after testing and questionnaire survey to acceptance, the experimental results show that in the teaching of physical education into the disaster education not only help students disaster consciousness to develop and strengthen their disaster prevention and reduction disaster ability, cultivate their calm and perseverance, solidarity of the excellent quality of the physical specialized course achievement promotion also played a certain role, also help to train their exercise, love sports, like to communicate the habit, a good foundation for lifelong sports play.To integrate into the disaster education in physical education teaching, let students real application, we must first strengthen the comprehensive quality of PE Teachers’ own improvement, let it continue learning disaster prevention, disaster, rescue knowledge and skills, and the science of grafted to the sports teaching activities, making the disaster education and physical teaching can be organically combined with together, the application and the practice of teaching, guide students to enhance disaster consciousness, enhance the physiological and psychological response to the disaster tolerance, when faced with disaster, in the effective time organizes the student to escape. In the sports teaching should follow the body skill development rules, strengthen basic exercise the student body, skills, while enhancing physical activity the speed, endurance, sensitive, coordination can use scenario simulation and the sports game teaching method, practice and life together, let the students to improve emergency response capabilities, and focus on training and guidance students’ psychological quality, cultivate the students to practice the spirit of exploration.
