With the people’s livelihood and civil accelerate the urbanization process of transferring to the grassroots, community management and services will meet the daily needs of most city residents, which makes the community become social management and service to people carrying the forefront of community work increasing importance.Based organizations to support the stem to encourage community workers working initiative and enthusiasm, and constantly improve people’s satisfaction and handle aging, is currently working in community management is an important content. perceived organizational support incentives for the use of community workers, is to build a modern, professional and career-oriented community workers are an important measure to improve the incentives through perceived organizational support, utilizing knowledge of psychology to human resources management, grassroots organization to recruit better talent, training, personnel output.In this paper, based on the basis of analysis of perceived organizational support overview on the current status of a street by Anshan City, Liaoning Province, under the jurisdiction of a community worker incentives to investigate and analyze the proposed perceived organizational support incentives analysis and effects on community workers.The main objectives are:study the relationship between perceived organizational support and incentives for community workers (not limited to certain neighborhoods and communities, neighborhoods and communities responsible for providing a sample) analysis and effect; studies of community workers on the basis of perceived perceived organizational support for the match between demand and support a sense of organization and effectiveness of incentives, that is, whether full advantage of effective perceived organizational support incentives. To accomplish the above object, the first questionnaire, then Anshan City, Liaoning Province, east iron street promoting emerging communities south of the community, the city spent communities, Manhattan community, community workers and the community informed of the survey sample, and then the Questionnaire for statistical analysis, the final policy analysis.
