With the popularization of higher education in our country,the number of postgraduates in colleges and universities reputably hit new peak.As the main members of students 'ideological and political education and the main force of the talent management,the relevant research of the counselors of graduate students has been caught more attention of many scholars in recent years.At present,the research of the graduate counselors management mainly focus on the demand what they should do,on the contrary,the research is lack of attention to their own feelings.In the early stage of this study,we reference some studies about perceived organized support theory from other disciplines: including management and other disciplines,and the other researchers ‘relevant study.We carry on a empirical research about the current status of the perceived organizational support of the graduate student counselor in H schools by drawing up and handing out the questionnaires.According to the research hypothesis and data and interviewing of a number of graduate counselors and leaders,analyzed the three dimensions of social emotional support,material-based support and institution-based support in both the school and the faculty level.Through the questionnaire and interview data,we can find: Firstly,the school lacks the necessary attention to graduate counselors.On the whole,graduate counselors generally believe that school especially the leader who in charges of this area does not attach enough importance to their work and contribution;for school,graduate students already belong to adult individuals,mentoring system,the mentor is responsible for academic guidance and ideology education,so that graduate counselors may be optional;secondly,in the school level,the perceived organizational support in the institution-based dimension is lower than the other two dimensions.Different organizations design different systems that affect the relationship between the organization and the members.Lacking of institutional-based support and the organization not fair proves that the organization's lack of valuing on graduate counselors,leading to the perceived organizational support of graduate counselors is not high;thirdly,in the school level,graduate counselors assume many responsibilities that should be fulfilled by the mentors.Based on the discovery of the results,the paper makes some suggestions:Firstly,improve the ideological attention,strengthen the humanistic care;provide system support,focus on supervision and implementation;improve the mentor responsibility system,create a harmonious relationship between the counselors and the mentors;broaden the support form,integrate the multi-dimensional supports together.
