From a psychological point of view, "habit" and motive, interest, emotion, will, belongs to the non intelligence factors. A research data shows: the main factors of affecting students learning achievement, intelligence factors accounted for 20%, non intellectual factors accounted for 80%, and in these non intelligence factors, habit is the major factor. Language is the main subjects of basic education, but also we must attach importance to discipline. Therefore, in the process of learning, cultivate good habits of students is very important problem.This paper consists of five parts: the introduction part starts from the selected topic reason, from three aspects, expounds the necessity of the problem of cultivating the habit inquiry. Then, reference to domestic and foreign research data about customary question, reflect a lot of problems, and these problems are the focus of this paper. The second part elaborates the cultivation of good habits of language learning value from three angles: helps to improve the students’ language ability;help to complete the main task of quality culture;contribute to the achievement of one’s life. The third part is to explore the composition problems for the habit of language learning, language learning habits according to different time, mainly divided into the traditional language learning habits and modern characteristic of language learning habits, traditional language learning habits include: literacy and writing; reading classics; write reading notes; carefully observe life and self correction the habit of writing. With modern characteristics of language learning habits include: Chinese self-learning; learn to listen, willing to communicate and express; diligent, good question; innovative habit. The fourth part takes the junior middle school students as the research object, carries on the investigation to the present situation of the Chinese learning habits, reflect the problem from the real data, and then analysis the cause of the problem. The fifth part is the research about the problem of cultivating measures good learning language habits on junior high school students, from the society, teachers, students, parents and other aspects proposed five specific and effective measures.
