Habit of learning is the stable and systematical learning psychology and mode oflearning behavior,which is formed during the process of long-time learning. Along withthe deeper new lessson reformation of mathematics,the more importance the juniorhigh sechool mathematics teachers realised to raise the good learning habit ofmathematics in mathematics education. Cultivating the student good learning habit ofmathematics can not only make students grasp mathematics better, but aslo benefit themthroughout the year. Therefore, cultivating junior high school students goodmathematics habit is the problem need to be discussed in the education practice forevery mathematics teacher. This paper focuses on this topic to make practice research.This paper uses questionnaire and case method, to research this topic of cultivatingjunior high school students good mathematics learning habit in depth from theory topractices. The dissertation firstly illustrates the research background and significanceof cultivating junior high school students good mathematics learning habit,then itorganizes the domestic and internal research status quo of thistopic.Secondly,this paperanalyzes the connotation of mathematics learning habit from the perspective ofcognitive psychology and cognitive psychology to cultinate junior high school studentsgood physiological mechanism, behavior habits and internal inducement ofmathematics learning habit,and points out that junior high school is the critical period ofcultivating good mathematics learning habit.The author investigates and analyses thestatus quo of mathematics learning habit of junior high school students through teachingpractice and questionnaire which illuatrates that most junor high school students do nothave good learning habit before class,in class and after class. It analyzes and search theinfluential factor of good mathematics learning habit of junior high school studentsfrom aspects of the teacher,student,family and school etc. Integrating the typical case,the paper summarizes the strategy of cultivating the junior high school student goodmathematics learning habit before class,in class and after class through the teachingpractice,and points out that when the teacher uses the strategy,they should pay attentionto cultivate students mathematic interest and good learning attitude, and the teachershould conduct and take first good example.
