Internet penetration rate has reached 100% in the secondary vocational students, while fully enjoy the Internet bring convenience, followed by Internet addiction phenomenon more and more serious. How to guide the secondary vocational students the correct use of the Internet, has become a serious problem education again.In secondary vocational students as the research object of this study, according to professor shu-hui Chen in Taiwan in 2000 compiled by the Chinese Internet addiction scale \", composed by the secondary vocational students’ Internet use questionnaire, and dalian in dalian sea school electronic school random 405 students as subjects to the questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 392, effective rate was 96.79%. Internet addiction has become a highlight problem of secondary vocational students’ Internet use.This research mainly from the age of network, online tools, Internet access, the types of Internet, Internet time and frequency and the preference six aspects: the characteristics of the network analysis of secondary vocational students’ Internet use. This study combined with secondary vocational students’ Internet use problem, corresponding five education Suggestions: first, we will focus on improve the self-monitoring ability of secondary vocational students Internet use; The second is to improve the classroom to the attraction of the secondary vocational students, so that they no longer through Internet negative sent class time; Three is to strengthen the secondary vocational student’s psychological health education, so that they give up seeking solace in the virtual world of negative psychological defense; Four is to cultivate network literacy, to evade the risk of the dissimilation of secondary vocational students network; Five is to carry out various extracurricular activities, rich amateur life, secondary vocational students to make them get rid of excessive dependence on the network.
