Teacher job satisfaction is a psychological concept, it is teachers the feelings and views with (?)otional color engaged in their career, working conditions. It not only with the enthusiasm of (?)eachers working closely with the mental health and a significant relationship. Through surveys (?)olleges PE teachers job satisfaction to understand their career development of the psychological (?)nd state situation in the new curriculum. For the sector to develop guidelines and policies for (?)ffectively addressing PE teachers with enthusiasm low wastage, providing scientific basis.This text at to Humanistic-administration of content and definition, and Job Satisfaction of (?)elated theories, definition, the effect proceeds to comb, and to Humanistic-administration is (?)ermeated in colleges PE teachers Job Satisfaction necessity proceeded the research. Through (?)estionnaire method, to colleges PE teachers Job Satisfaction in Nanjing: City of the evaluation index (?)gn proceeded with present condition the inquisition studies, and from the Humanistic-administration (?)gle of view set out to the colleges in exaltation PE teacher job satisfaction made further theories (?)udy and counter plan research.Research shows that: 1. Colleges PE teachers in Nanjing job satisfaction evaluation indicators (?)e seven : salary benefits, vocational identity, colleague, the promotion of training, leadership (?)d management, physical environment and student relations. 2. Colleges PE teachers salaries welfare, (?)cational identity, colleague, physical environment in levels higher realms, promotion of training, (?)udents relationship the degree of satisfaction lower. 3. Colleges PE teachers through satisfaction (?)ctor analysis, the satisfaction degree significantly lower than male, female ones in the physical (?)vironraent and salaries are higher than the male degrees. 4. Unmarried teachers curve larger (?)uctuations in the relationship between colleagues focus on the lower level satisfaction,. 5. (?)lleagues in the teachers have a relationship, training for the promotion focus performance marked (?)ssatisfaction. 6. Relation with colleagues in the physical environment of the two realms, along (?)th seniority upward trend growth in titles factors associate professor, and professor of overall (?)tisfaction level higher. Finally, from Humanistic-administration, PE teachers working in colleges (?)d universities to improve satisfaction with the response to the theoretical study.
