STEAM education is the key path to cultivate innovative talents in China.Its "interdisciplinary nature" makes it difficult for traditional curriculum evaluation concepts and methods to make a more scientific and accurate judgment on emerging STEAM education.This study will focus on how to build evaluation system based on STEAM core literacy,designing rubrics for teaching evaluation,and providing reference for STEAM education practitioners.First of all,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the current implementation status of STEAM education evaluation at home and abroad.Aiming at issues such as the relatively one-sided evaluation mechanism,it is proposed that STEAM education evaluation should focus on the appropriate STEAM core literacy and interpret the connotation of the four elements--Humanities,Science Thinking Methods,Problem Solving and Innovation,Responsibility of STEAM core literacy proposed by our research team.Then,the STEAM core literacy was further leveled,and a general framework for the STEAM education evaluation index system was initially established.At the same time,Delphi expert evaluation method was used to improve the index system.Secondly,in order to test whether students have achieved STEAM core literacy,a "Dudu Robot Escape the Line" project case was designed,and corresponding evaluation rubric and evaluation methods were constructed,that is,taking the four elements of STEAM core literacy as the first-level indicators,selecting appropriate second-level indicators based on the case,designing the third-level indicators according to the specific problems in the project,and conducting process evaluation on the students,and designing self-evaluation tables,mutual evaluation tables and Teacher evaluation form,which are used in formative evaluation.In addition,we use the SOLO(Structure of Observed Learning Outcomes Taxonomy)classification and evaluation method as summary evaluation,and describe the four levels of STEAM core literacy according to the SOLO classification,then we design specific evaluation indicators for the case.The evaluation results show that the application of the formative evaluation gauge and the SOLO classification evaluation method can comprehensively evaluate the student's core STEAM literacy level.Finally,it is found that reasonable teaching evaluation can not only adjust the feedback STEAM teaching process,but can also evaluate the students' learning effect.Therefore,the establishment of the STEAM education evaluation system needs to rely on the STEAM core literacy,and the learning process of the curriculum content system based on core literacy as well,then to design evaluation measures and evaluation methods,test whether students achieve the STEAM core literacy,and it can promote the healthy development of STEAM education.
