Since the vocational guidance activities was carried out in our country in 1989, the vocational guidance work has been playing an increasingly important role in students’ employment activities. "Interview guide" is a kind of means used widely in the vocational guidance in the society according to the "interview" requirements. With the development of the society, "interview guide" is getting more and more normal, and it is developed into a kind of culture gradually, and it is attached importance to in the school employment guidance work.According to the social reality that the students from vocational schools need to be interviewed when they apply for a job with the development of society, the author tries to explore continuously how to do interview guide well in the teaching practice and studies the theory that is related to the interviewso as to help the students to improve their success rate in interview. In this graduation thesis, the author expounds how to carry out the interview guidance to the vocational school students in order to promote the all-round development of students, and to serve for students’ career development. And all this is based on the requirements of the Chinese Syllabus for The Students in Secondary Vocational School; guided by the the Vocational Educational Policy, "Consider service for the students as the aim, and Consider employment as the guide "; combined with the characteristics of the Chinese language teaching and the basic requirements of the interview; and practiced in the language classroom teaching.This graduation thesis is about the practical research on how to carry out the interview guide to vocational school students in Chinese classroom teaching, and in the process of the practical research some useful research methods are used, such as literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method and teaching practice method. The "interview guide" mentioned in this thesis is a kind of synthesize teaching of the "Spoken Chinese teaching and the Written Chinese teaching, it is also a kind of organic choice of the teaching contents in the two teachings aimed at "interview", besides, "interview etiquette" and "how to solve the burst problem in an interview " are included in teaching contents, too.The foothold of the research mentioned in this graduation thesis is in the "vocational school"; the starting point is in the practical need of the students"; and the research is based on the language classroom teaching. This research aims at deepening the Chinese teaching reformation further in the new period; this research discusses the teaching contents to improve students’ interview skills; the teaching methods in the classroom training; and the teaching strategies in improving the students’ interview skills.
