In order to adapt to the development of educational informationization, our country has been determined to popularize the education of information technology, stressing the need to strengthen the integration of information technology and other courses.The introduction of tablet PC in primary and middle school is one of the best example of the integration of information technology and physics classes. In this paper, based on experimental school, research oriented, to teaching demand for foothold, the author found that tablet PC could not only develop beforehand but also generate a series of classroom teaching resources, as well as create much classroom interaction. We carried out the research in the middle school teaching by interactive electronic whiteboard teaching experimental research, aiming at studying the superiority of the effect of tablet PC and traditional teaching, so as to integrate information technology and classes, as well as accelerate the revolution of course teaching.In order to solve the problems of low level of interaction and vitality in class, limitation of traditional courseware, the author studied the using effect and its problems of this new multi-media technology, and did some case research as follows:1. Based on the teaching characteristic of middle school, we take tablet PC as a tool, analyze its special utility, study its teaching effect, and compare it with other teaching media. We try to provide some reference and guide for the study of classroom teaching in high school.2. We take three live lessons as examples to analyze the using effect of tablet PC in high school classroom, with a kind of software named Nvivo. Through an overall demonstration in which the application effect from teaching design to actural practice and specific class cases is fully analysed, we tried to explain the facilitating founction of tablet PC in high school physics teaching.3. The students and teachers complete the questionnaires with tablet PC. Based on the results, we analyze their attitude towards the use of tablet PC in classroom teaching. Then we conclude the advantage and shortcomings of this new teaching mode from their point of view respectively.4. Comparison with traditional teaching in practical research shows that tablet PC not only possesses obvious advantage in classroom assistance and extracurricular exercises, but also realizes the transformation of teaching from traditional model to blending learning. Therefore it has proved the favorable effect of multimodal teaching while promoting a new teaching assessment combining both the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation.
