| With the proposal of the concept of quality education, the experiential teaching method is more and more appearing in the classroom. It is a kind of teaching method through the practice to understand the world around them, with the experience to perceive, verify the teaching content.This article embarked from the practical teaching, combined with personal teaching experience, drew lessons from others, and studied the secondary vocational school moral education experience teaching.This article started from the relevant studies of the past, analyzed the experiential teaching of multi dimension, defined its connotation, summarized its operating essentials, and revealed its basic characteristics. On this basis, the author analyzed the differences between secondary vocational school moral education and the high scfiool political lesson in vocational and other courses and illustrated that the experiential teaching method matched the objective requirement of the school moral education. It also analyzed the significance of experiential teaching for secondary vocational students and teachers. It told us that experiential teaching method fit secondary vocational teachers and students to pursuit for the value of moral education. It can also promote teacher’s professional development, strengthen the relationship between the teachers and the students, make the students experience the joy of learning, promote the development of multiple intelligences and improve their quality. This paper analyzed the quality that the secondary vocational students must have when they face the employment entrepreneurship. It showed the experiential teaching method conforms to the specific requirements of the secondary vocational students present.According to the nature of school moral education curriculum and the characteristics of the secondary vocational students, the article probed into the concrete implementation of experiential teaching path, such as role-play, character simulation, classroom games, cooperation, exploration and so on, and it took one of a series of secondary vocational moral education compulsory teaching material "career planning and employment entrepreneurship" for example, to explore the specific suitable means of experiential teaching material content.Combining with the teaching practice, the author has made some reflections on experiential teaching of moral education courses in secondary vocational schools, organized the common problems, and tried to find out some countermeasures to make full use of value of experiential teaching method. |
