| The state vigorously develops vocational education,promotes vocational education reform,improves the quality of vocational education,establishes and improves the vocational education system that conforms to the growth law of technical and skilled talents,and provides policy support for the construction of skilled talents.As a teaching method that attaches importance to students ’ practical experience and cultivates students ’ vocational skills,experiential teaching method is in line with the goal of building skilled talents,and has been widely used in the teaching of " catering service and management " course in secondary vocational schools.However,it is undeniable that there are still imperfect links and many challenges in its application process.This study analyzes the current situation of the application of experiential teaching method in the course of " Catering Service and Management " in secondary vocational schools through questionnaire survey,interview and observation,and finds that there are many problems in the application of experiential teaching method in this course.In terms of students,students lack the dominant position and experience participation is low;in terms of teachers,the creation of experiential situations is improper,and the experiential teaching process is a mere formality;in terms of schools,the training of teachers ’ experiential teaching concept is not deep,and the supply of experience resources is not in place.In order to further improve the teaching effect of experiential teaching method in the course of " Catering Service and Management " in secondary vocational schools,this study carried out two rounds of teaching practice through action research method,and reflected and improved the problems existing in each round of teaching practice in order to improve the next round of teaching practice.After the teaching practice,the specific effects of the teaching practice are analyzed by means of student questionnaires,teacher-student interviews and classroom observations.The results show that the optimized experiential teaching method can effectively improve students ’learning attitude and interest,increase classroom participation and improve classroom teaching effect.At the same time,it also urges teachers to update their own teaching concepts and methods,and promotes the progress of professional ability.Finally,according to the current situation of curriculum teaching and the reflection of teaching practice,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of experiential teaching method in the course of " Catering Service and Management " in secondary vocational schools,enriches the theoretical research of experiential teaching method,and promotes the further improvement and development of experiential classroom. |
